Conclusions : the results and discussions of this study can be applied to future vocational rehabilitation programs in an attempt to provide better community rehabilitation services for clients with psychiatric disabilities 但在未来的规划上，仍须重视下列问题:加强专业的集成、简化评估程序、增加就辅员编制、寻求劳社政资源、创建家属团体合作的管道与开发志工资源等，以顺利推广社区职业复健。
